How much does Fudi Rewards cost?

The Essential plan costs $599 MXN per month per branch and includes VAT. Check Prices before contracting because conditions may change.

How is branch capacity determined?

The capacity corresponds to the number of active branches contracted. The monthly amount is calculated per branch according to the current price.

Can I change my plan or increase my capacity?

Yes. The owner can review plan and capacity in Plan Management. Fudi displays the summary of the change before sending it to Stripe's secure flow.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. When finished, the settings are preserved, but the restaurant no longer meets the publishing requirement and goes into private mode.

Can I resume a canceled subscription?

If the cancellation is scheduled and the period is still active, you can resume before it ends. If it has already ended, you will have to hire again.
