Manage communication preferences
Decide which reward notices and promotional messages Fudi can send you.

Preferences separate notices related to your loyalty activity from offers and promotional campaigns. You can also authorize email and WhatsApp separately.
Update preferences
- Open My profile.
- Select Manage communication preferences.
- Activate or deactivate the options you prefer:
- Email rewards updates.
- Offers by email.
- WhatsApp rewards updates.
- Offers by WhatsApp.
- Select Save.
The email is displayed for reference and is not modified on this screen. WhatsApp options authorize the channel when available; Enabling them does not guarantee that all message types are sent immediately.
Fudi records each change of consent to maintain a history of the preference.
