Profile and publication
What changes when publishing a restaurant
Find out what information and functions become available to diners.
Publishing changes the visibility of the restaurant, it does not delete or recreate its settings.
When public and retain subscription access:
- may appear in Explore and search results;
- diners can open their profile, consult branches and see schedules;
- the loyalty program can receive visits and process redemptions based on their status;
- the web menu can be consulted if it is also published from its own configuration.
If you return to private mode, those surfaces are no longer available to guests, but the authorized team retains access to the private profile and operational data.
Visibility may also be removed when a subscription's access ends or its grace period expires.
