Goals and reports
How daily and weekly goals work
Understand how goals are calculated and which visits count toward measuring them.
Fudi keeps a visit goal for each active day of each branch. The weekly goal is not an independent value: it is calculated by adding the active daily goals.
For example, if a branch has a goal of 10 visits Monday through Friday and the other days are disabled, its weekly goal is 50 visits on five active days.
Only accepted visits count toward compliance. Redemptions are reported separately and non-goal day visits are not added to the weekly progress. The date of each operation is interpreted with the branch's time zone.
The owner and managers can change the goals. Managers can view reports within their scope, but cannot modify these settings.
