Understanding the weekly loyalty summary
Learn what the performance email includes and who can receive it.
Fudi evaluates the previous week's operational performance and can send it by mail to those who have loyalty program alerts activated.
The summary groups the information by branch and includes:
- accepted visits compared to the sum of active daily goals;
- percentage of compliance;
- days with goal that were below the goal;
- registered exchanges;
- behavioral alerts detected during the period.
The owner receives information from the restaurant. Administrators and managers receive only the branches included in their access; staff do not receive this summary.
To change the preference, open the restaurant's actions menu, select Report performance and turn Receive email alerts about the performance of my loyalty programs on or off. This control is available to the owner and administrators.
The summary uses the time zone of each branch and only counts accepted visits. It does not represent sales or income.
