Choose a type of loyalty program

Fudi allows you to create programs by visits and level programs based on visits. Only one can remain active and visible to restaurant diners.

Program by visits

Use it when you want to deliver rewards on specific visits in a cycle. You define the total visits, the milestones with rewards and what happens when the cycle is completed.

Level program

Use it when you want the diner to advance in stages. Each level has a name, a minimum number of visits, and may include a permanent discount or reward.

You can edit the program after creating it. If you change rules that affect progress, Fudi maintains consistent versions for existing entries.
