Pause a program

Temporarily stop visits, progress and redemptions without clearing history.

Pause is a reversible action that preserves existing settings and progress.

  1. Open the program from Benefits.
  2. In the top bar, select the pause icon.
  3. Read the confirmation Pause program.
  4. Select Pause Program.

Fudi shows Program paused. From that moment on, diners do not accumulate progress nor can they redeem rewards. Existing expiration dates continue to advance.
