Programs, visits and progress
What happens when a program is paused
See what happens to your progress, activity and rewards during a break.
A restaurant can temporarily pause its loyalty program.
While paused:
- no new visits or other program activity are recorded;
- rewards cannot be redeemed;
- the card and rewards are no longer displayed among active programs;
- existing progress is preserved;
- Reward expiration dates continue to tick.
Pausing does not delete your account or erase saved progress. If the restaurant resumes the same program while it remains valid and public, the card becomes available again with the existing progress.
Fudi does not control when a restaurant decides to resume. If you need information about the break, please contact the establishment directly.
