Redeem a reward

Available rewards are redeemed through a temporary QR linked to your account and the chosen reward.

Redeem

1. Open Rewards and remain in Available.
2. Tap an enabled reward.
3. The app generates a QR and shows the remaining time.
4. Present the code to the restaurant team before it expires.
5. The computer will scan it and confirm the exchange.
6. Refresh the screen to see the reward in History.

Don't close the page or share an old capture. If the counter reaches zero, select the option to generate the code again.

An expired reward, already redeemed, or from a paused program cannot be used. The restaurant must be public and accept redemptions.

The QR can be used only once and expires in approximately one minute. If the restaurant cannot process it, it generates another one from the same reward.
