How roles limit access to information
See which areas each role can use and how Fudi restricts access by branch.
Fudi evaluates the role and scope of branches in each operation. Team membership does not grant automatic access to all features.
| Role | Main access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control of the restaurant, billing, tax data, publishing, equipment and transfer of ownership. |
| Administrator | Configuration, equipment and operation in all branches; It does not control billing or tax data of the owner. |
| Manager | Loyalty programs, reports and operations within the assigned branches. |
| Personal | Operational actions such as recording visits and confirming exchanges at assigned branches. |
Administrators access all branches. Managers and staff must have at least one branch or authorized scope. The backend rechecks these permissions even if a screen or link is opened manually.
Diner data appears only in authorized operational tools and within the corresponding restaurant. Removing a member deactivates their membership and access.
