What happens when you delete your account
Review permanent consequences for access, profile, restaurants, and history.
Deleting your account is permanent and is not equivalent to logging out.
Upon confirming the deletion, Fudi:
- deactivates the account and blocks future logins;
- revokes active sessions and tokens;
- replaces the name and email with anonymized values;
- delete phone and profile photo;
- deactivate your access as a member of restaurants;
- deactivate the diner profile and their loyalty memberships.
You lose access to progress, rewards, and associated restaurants. Operational records necessary for auditing and reporting consistency can be maintained without your active identity.
You cannot delete the account while you are a restaurant owner. You must first transfer each property to another member.
The action requires a code sent to your email. If you just want to stop receiving communications, change your preferences instead of deleting your account.
