Security and data
What personal information do restaurants receive?
Understand what data a team can view when recording visits and operating rewards.
A restaurant does not receive general access to your Fudi account. Your team consults information only within the restaurant and the branches it has authorized.
When searching for your account or scanning your personal QR, the operating screen may display:
- your visible name;
- the email associated with the account;
- your telephone number, if registered;
- your progress and rewards corresponding to that restaurant.
This information helps identify the correct account before registering a visit or confirming a redemption. The restaurant cannot see your password, security codes, or your progress with other restaurants.
The available functions also depend on the member's role and their assigned branches. Fudi maintains records of loyalty operations so that the restaurant can review its activity and reports.
If you detect incorrect information, update your information from My profile. The login email cannot be changed from that form.
