Change branch capacity
Adjusts how many active locations the restaurant's subscription covers.
- Open Subscription and go to Manage plan.
- Locate Define branch capacity.
- Increase or reduce the amount included.
- Review the new monthly total.
- Select Apply changes.
Important. You cannot reduce capacity below the number of active branches. Deactivate necessary branches first or retain larger capacity.
The capacity limits active branches, it does not delete branches or their saved information.
