What happens when you cancel a subscription

Cancel schedules the end of the subscription to the end of the already paid period. It does not immediately delete the restaurant or its settings.

Until the effective date, the plan remains active. Afterwards, the restaurant returns to a private draft and leaves the public surfaces for diners. Branches, equipment, menu, programs and settings remain saved, and authorized equipment can continue working in the private profile.

To publish it again after effective cancellation, the owner must create a new active subscription and confirm the publication. Cancellation does not erase obligations or receipts already generated in Stripe.
