How QR Smart Links Work
Understand what happens when a Fudi QR is opened inside or outside the app.

Fudi QRs use HTTPS links to provide secure output when someone scans them with their phone's camera instead of the built-in reader.
Visit QR
If the printed or dynamic QR is opened outside of Fudi Rewards, the browser displays a continuity page:
- on a phone, offer to open or download the app;
- on desktop, shows available stores;
- the page does not record or consume a visit.
After installing, the diner must scan the QR again. In the dynamic case, you must scan the current code displayed by the restaurant.
Download QR
The marketing materials QR uses the stable download path. Fudi identifies iOS or Android and directs you to the corresponding store; If it cannot determine the platform, it displays both options.
Menu QR
The menu QR directly opens a public web page. It does not require the app and does not accumulate visits.
