Fudi does not recognize the QR code

Fudi displays This is not a valid Fudi code when the content is not in a supported format or does not correspond to an active credential.

Before retrying

1. Confirm that the QR belongs to Fudi Rewards.
2. Clear the camera and frame the complete code.
3. Increase the brightness of the screen that displays the QR.
4. If it is dynamic, ask the restaurant for the updated code.
5. If it is printed, ask if it was regenerated or deactivated.
6. Open the scanner again and try again.

A specific message may also appear when the code has expired, was revoked, the QR channel is disabled, or its version is no longer supported.

Do not share the content of the link or screenshots with third parties. If the problem persists, please inform the restaurant what type of QR you tried to scan and the visible message, without sending the entire token.
